I enjoyed working with Mike Zattera on discussing options for me and working on finding me what I really wanted . He was helpful, friendly and a great guy to work with. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking to purchase or lease a Honda vehicle! Tristan in finance was super helpful and made the actual paperwork part of it enjoyable!

DO NOT GO!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! FIND ANOTHER SERVICE CENTER!! Drove there for a service on our 2022 crv., over an hour. We live in a remote northern mn. area. Called ahead to make appointment, "should have been our first red flag",, when they said no appointment, we have an express lube, but come after noon less busy. Wow thought that was convenient,, WRONG!! Got checked in shortly after noon and writer said they would contact by text when done, won't be too long. So we decided to walk down street for some shopping. WRONG AGAIN!! Upon our return, less than hour, as we walked in the writer said hello and we talked a bit, offered him a cookie. This was my first vehicle purchased at Honda of Bemidji. Mike and Tristen were great! Drove 5 hours round trip for my car. They both worked to make our purchase an in and out, no high pressure sales. This was my 11th Honda purchase, and I can honestly say, it was the best sales/finance experience. Would definitely recommend! Be sure to ask for Mike.

I recently purchased a 2026 Honda CRV from Honda of Bemidji. From the beginning to the end it was an easy purchase. Our salesman was Sam Maddy and he was great and very thorough in explaining everything. I recommend Honda of Bemidji and Sam!

Came in looking to buy my first brand new car and had a great experience. Kyle Trefethren walked me through the models I was interested in and had me test drive a couple models. He let me know costs differences of hybrid vs non and what monthly costs would roughly be based on different finance time frames and down payments. Extremely helpful for me to stay within my budget!!! He answered all the questions I had and I had a lot. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from here.
