I scheduled a last minute oil change for my car today. 1st time in Keene. Robert Anderson logged me in.He said an hour! Snow storm started right on time today! My car needed more attention (transmission fluid). The Honda pit team got it all done and earlier. I got home just before the storm unleashed!
It’s been several years of taking my car 1.5 hours from my home to this particular Honda Service Center; pretty sure I’ve worked with all of the current service team members at this point. I just finished a 6 hour repair that cost my entire savings and I have say that it was money well spent… My used car hasn’t driven this well since I’ve owned it. Not only do I trust the manager, Scott, to ensure that each of my jobs are done correctly and honestly but the entire team goes above and beyond to provide both timely and exceptional work. Would not go anywhere else for repairs.
My fiance went to buy a car and the sales manager Pete was a total jerk to both myself and my fiance. They offered $2,000 less for our trade than did Peters in Nashua. Additionally, their prices were higher that the Honda Peters in Nashua for the same trim new vehicle. Go somewhere where you are treated like a valued customer and avoid Honda of Keene. These guys must think because they are the only Honda dealership near Keene they can get away with this.
Was very thankful for their help getting a copy of a Honda key made for our 2014 Accord!
In for chechup at a set price. Yet they always seem to find something major to try and get me to buy.
