Charles Kennedy, Service Advisor and the team at Honda of Lake Jackson Service Center provided the exceptional service we have come to expect from a CarProUSA dealership. Marcus, the service technician professionally installed raised tailgate lettering on my 2025 Ridgeline with such perfection, I decided to schedule splash guard installation too. The entire service department, advisors, techs, parts, cashier, are friendly, professional and determined to get you “in and out” in a timely manner! We are extremely pleased with this dealership and will continue to drive from Pearland, TX to do business with them.
Made appointment for oil change on a Monday, was called that morning by Charles and asked to reschedule to Thursday. Bring my vehicle in on Thursday and there's no record of appointment. Car accepted and I wait for an hour and 20 minutes before asking for info. Told it will be another 45 minutes. Took my car and left. Embarrassingly terrible service and communication.
All of my interactions with this Honda Service department have been great. Yes, of course the prices are higher, this is a dealership shop. But the employees are willing to explain what's going on and work with you.
Took 10 days to get paperwork by email. Not good. Called financial man twice no response. This is the 3rd car I have brought from this dealership. Really disappointed in service.
The service department is always easy to work with, gets the job done right the first time, and communicates well.
