Tri City Auto Service

I called to see if I could get some body work done on my vehicle and was told we don’t do that here. I said okay and asked for recommendations of places that do the work I needed. I was then told to google search for body shops in my area😂. (I’m not from here and I would think to trust a local mechanics recommendation more than googles.) 2.5 out of 5 stars because I don’t think one person should ruin my perception of you guys. I read really great reviews before I called. This happened today 11/14/25 and my call was answered at 9:44 am.

Came to this place for two reasons. Proximity to home and the reviews it had. I walked in, asked if they'd take my truck that didn't run and had all 4 brakes locked. They were very respectful and polite and I had it towed in that same day. They had the truck running and brakes fixed in a timely manner as well as a quote to fix the AC. The pricing was very reasonable albeit pricy due to the amount of work required. They fixed only what I had approved, did not push any unnecessary repairs, and gained a lifelong customer out of me. I will be bringing my vehicles to this repair shop even after I move to Houston. Places like this do not seem to exist commonly in today's America. Thank you kindly for your business.

I have been taking my cars to Tri City for a few years now. They have always done a great job ! You can always count that they will be honest and fair.

Tri City Auto Service in Lake Jackson Texas got my car up and going, same day. My AC (air conditioner) was on the fritz and they knew right away what the problem was and got it fixed fast for me. They know what they’re doing. I will continue to send business their way. I highly recommend Tri City Auto in Lake Jackson Texas.

I’ve always heard good things about Tri-City so I decided to give them a try and I was not let down. The staff was friendly, courteous, and honest about appointment times and servicing times. They were swift with diagnosing and addressing my vehicle. The pricing was very reasonable as well!! I’m so happy I found a place that made me feel comfortable and trustworthy! Ladies!! If you’re a single woman and have the same wariness as I do about automotive places... this is the place you should come!
