Compationate to the guest needs and listened well, took the time to explain and ask questions to ensure that he has the vehicle that fit my needs. He was successful in providing what ever information that allowed me to make my decision. Then came Busniess Manager Issa Hasan, who made every effort to make the purchase smooth and fast. Extremely knowledgeable, like Gino he was professional, attentive and caring. Then came the time to go to the service desk to add some options to the vehicle that it did not have. In a long time I hesitated to go to Honda because of many doubts and all that fear and fear that you hear, but the truth is the opposite of what they say and talk about. This is the best thing you can do when you have a vehicle. Where you are guaranteed everything without being charged, they do not deceive you either. The new service department is beautiful. Gabrielle was professional, friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They checked the alignment at my request. Waiting area is adjacent to the showroom, but I didn't wait long. Car was washed when I got it back. 2 thumbs up!

My car was towed in after a tire blew while on my way to work. I’m so grateful that I chose this location. Megan helped me the entire time and was so nice and sweet. When I arrived she immediately checked to see if my tire was in stock, she said it was and then my car was taken back right away. I’m so grateful they were able to do this on short notice. While I was waiting, Megan kept me updated regarding wait time and warranty coverage. The place is also clean and everyone else seems very nice. Great experience. Will be coming back

I was met at in the service bay by Megan with a smile and a friendly greeting. I was quickly checked in and my questions were answered to my satisfaction. During the service, I received a video of the inspection thoroughly explaining the findings which Megan also reviewed with me, pointing out issues that may arise and approximately when I should consider having them serviced. Megan was very friendly, helpful, and informative about the whole process. I was very satisfied.
