Ziebart

I recently had 2 visits to Ziebart. I bought a new truck where I had undercoating done as well as a rhino liner and let me say they did a fantastic job they got everything covered and were very informative with aftercare. However I took my SUV there to be detailed and was not satisfied while they did detail to a decent degree there was still spots missed in easy spots which I couldn't expect perfect but if I'm paying $300 for a detailing service it better be pretty darn good. On top of that my touch screen stopped working right after the service. I had contacted ziebart regarding the 2 issues and they did offer to correct the detailing portion but not the damage to the vehicle. On the contrary the SUV was my spare so when I drove it home it sat for about a week and that's why they said the

Had my vehicle rustproofed and ceramic coated at this location. I'm very happy with the quality of the work and with the level of service that I received. Greg, the manager, took the time to thoroughly explain all of the details regarding the work that was to be performed and even personally inspected the vehicle when it was done. I would definitely recommend this location. They seem to really care about doing a good job.

My 2019 Subaru Outback has never looked so good! Well, actually this is the second year I've had the Exterior Protection Package done and now it's ready for winter! Ziebart does an excellent job in helping me protect my investment. It's money well spent! Thanks to the Ziebart team for a great job! I'll see you next year!

Had work done at Ziebart a few weeks ago. Been using this Ziebart for about three years, so I was not surprised by their awesome service. All the guys I dealt with were great. The work done was top quality. Will continue to use them for getting things done.

Well the tint looks fine but you melted my B pillars with a heat gun. What in the actual F?! Scratches all over the roof too. Not sure why you were wiping my roof in the first place but did you use a rag full of gravel? Absolutely unacceptable. 201 miles on a 1 week old brand new car. Update: management notified and immediately ordered new panels and buffed the scratches. As far as I can tell it was repaired. I personally won't return but given all the other good reviews I'm sure this was just a one-off issue. Thanks for correcting the issue without any hassle.
