Honda of Oakland Parts Department

I went here the other day to get some transmission fluid for my 2011 Honda CRZ. The guy in front of me was mad because he called a few different places and this place was the cheapest. When he got here they changed the price. Same thing happened to me they told a different price on the phone and when I got there they charged me a different price. We figured it out the lady at the front gave me and him a discount. He was still mad because it was still more than what they said over the phone. That’s my only complaint. Don’t tell a customer one thing on the phone and change it when they get there.

Ricky and Roger helped me get my 2023 Honda Civic, they were incredibly understanding about my situation and went to lengths to help me out with my lease. I appreciate all the work they did and the excellent customer service. It’s my first car leasing experience and I’m glad it went this smoothly, thank you Honda Of Oakland, you guys are the best!

Thanks to Sam and the parts department for being so accommodating. I needed to change a tire, but my wheel lock key was missing. Honda of Oakland didn't have any wheel lock keys available so they needed to order me one, which took about a week. In the meantime, Sam loaned me the parts department's "shop key" to use until my order came in. Once it did, we swapped keys. Thanks again Sam!

Talked to Nick at the parts department, super knowledgeable and helpful. Even though I didn't have enough info to get what I needed he was able to point me in the right direction and and going in the right direction as far as research went. Much better than dealing with Autozone, O'reily etc. and obviously everything from here will be OEM Honda.
