Honda of Staten Island - Parts Store

Bought a part for my car that was $700, it was the wrong part and was still in the box, didn't even touch it. Their invoice will say they accept some returns with an insane 25% restock fee then they will tell you over the phone that your part isn't going to be accepted. Biggest scam ever. They don't mention their return policy when you are buying the parts. Go somewhere else, this is a scam.

Always a pleasant experience when I bring my car in for service at Honda of Staten Island. My service advisor, Danny Levine, and the service manager, Jeffrey Pasenkoff, always ensure that any procedures are completely explained to me and that my vehicle is serviced with care and professionalism. I wouldn't trust bringing my car to any other service center. I highly recommend the Honda of Staten Island service center.

They are working too slow and the work is not done right

Had an oil change & tire rotation done. DID NOT EXPECT TO BE WAITING THREE HOURS. THIS WAS NOT A WALK IN. I HAD A APPOINTMENT.
