Brian was amazing as always. He’s one of the main reasons I bring my car back to the dealership. He is great with follow up calls and communication throughout the time my car is there. Terry Watkins went above and beyond to help me with the torque converter recall. Upon multi-point inspection I agreed to having every suggestion they made done on my Pilot. Shout out to the mechanics that made it all happen in record time. I appreciate all that Terry did to bring my car up to like new condition. Paula at the Honda Avenue Service Department assisted me with an oil change on my mom’s Honda CRV, and she was wonderful. She communicated clearly, was very kind, and extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and stress free. Great customer service experience.

Absolutely one of the worst service experiences we’ve had anywhere. Honda of the Avenues should be embarrassed. We have a maintenance plan that includes oil changes, yet from the moment we stepped out of the car for service, Erik in the service department was belittling, condescending, and dismissive. He spoke down to us immediately, as if we were wasting his time, despite being customers with an active service plan. Instead of listening or offering basic courtesy, his tone was rude and patronizing, and he made no effort to explain anything without attitude. The lack of professionalism and respect was obvious and unnecessary. If we could give less than one star, it would be an obvious choice. Unfortunately, that’s not an option. The lead salesman was terrific and Jim, the business manager flew through everything and at the end corrected a discrepancy with sales tax of palm Beach County and helped us solve that. I’m very satisfied and my daughter loves the car.
