Honda Parts Center at Klein Honda

Came in for a new key, somehow they told me I needed a new car battery….. I sell car batteries for a living. Tested it back at work. Never seen a bigger lie, called them and the manager lied saying they needed to jump start it in their lot 😂

I went to the dealership to get my CRV looked at due to prior issues. I thought I could pick a paint pen for any chips my car gets in the future. I learned that you can't get the pens ordered and shipped to your house because they are hazmat materials. So I ordered a pen to be shipped to the dealership and I would pick it up when I get my next service in about a month or two. While getting my vehicle serviced I immediately went to the parts center to pick up the pen. I was informed by the same guy who had helped me months ago that the pen was never ordered. He offered to order the pen just like last time but I refused. Half the reason I came to this dealership for my service was to pick up the pen. Very frustrating experience with this dealership.

The parts people are super helpful and knowledgeable for Honda parts. Will definitely be coming back when I need parts.
