Every time I go there it's a super long wait and they never know what is going on with my car. They have had to disassemble my car just to tell me my lower model civic doesn't have the feature I asked about. Shouldn't the techs know that when they see what model I have so I don't have to go back 3 times for the same thing??
Terrible , only place where dealers are bigger liers than lawyers.... especially Al Fontaine, if you get approached by him then just run away til you are off that lot... Even changed my purchase agreement at the last moment just before signing. never again from them.....
I have been doing business here for many years.
