Walked in the store today and was greeted. The fella asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. I told him I had been building my credit for 2 years now specifically to buy a bike this summer. Told him I was checking out the bike shops here in town to see what's out there and hopefully to find something that would spark my interest. So out of the four bike shops that I had seen I actually found one that I was like wow this could be the one. I expressed my extreme interest and the guy just seemed like he could care less if I bought a bike or not. I mean I seriously think that bike is going to be the one he didn't even ask me to take a seat get a feel for it nothing, answered a few questions that I had and that was pretty much it. What a wonderful experience purchasing a utv from these folks proved to be. I actually wanted a Polaris but after meeting the staff and owner I knew a Honda would be best for my family. The service and sales simply proved superior to the Polaris equivalent! The Honda name is renowned but the people clinched the deal. We couldn't be happier with our Pioneer 1000 or the bonds formed with H-S of Lynchburg!

Recently bought a new bike from Chris here. Chris worked with me a couple months before to get a quote and go over some of the pricing and I felt 0 pressure which inevitably led me back to make the actual purchase. Buying process was super easy, and quick. I also wanted a bike that the shop didn't have in stock but once I placed my deposit it was only a 2 day turnaround before it was ready for pickup. So don't let that stop you.

Would highly recommend this dealership if you live in the Lynchburg area! A solid business with excellent sales and service!
