Phenomenal business. People were absolutely fantastic!!! Service was top notch and extremely professional, took the time to get a accurate diagnosis, explained the problems with my truck and actually cared about the outcome of my truck. I will definitely bring any of my vehicles to Honest-1 Auto Care in Burnsville.

What a phenomenal business. They got me in almost immediately and conducted themselves professionally every step of the way. Discussed pricing and options, called me a free uber home, sent updates and pictures clearly detailing the repairs. One of the most annoying experiences of dealing with mechanics is being constantly talked down to and upselling needlessly. There was none of that here. Pricing was very reasonable as well. They have earned a returning customer without a doubt.

I went in for an oil change, which was guided by an online coupon and good reviews. I am very happy with the service and I was thankful that Joe my service advisor made me feel comfortable with the recommended services I should get on top of the oil change once they did a full inspection. They sent a link with photos and explanation of what they found which was amazing! I felt no pressure and left with only my oil change completed, but I shortly returned to get a new battery installed and engine air filter installed after doing some research and seeing that their prices were competitive. Service was great and customer service was top notch which is hard to find. I will be back!

I payed $3075 too fixed it my car and they weren't able to even do it correctly I have more problems than I came in with I had a shakiness when I picked up the car they said it was the motor mount and then I brought it in a couple days later cuz the shaking of the engine never went away but they said again it was the motor mount readjusting lol 🤣 and then a couple days of it shaking then it throws off a code then I bring it back into him then they said it was a separate issue and then I paid $100 for a diagnostic for the shakiness and now the code and then they want me to pay $3,800 to fix the shakiness and then the oil leak s that occurred after they did their job funny right I'm giving it five stars because I want people to look at this post honest one definitely cares about your wallet

Just got my valve gasket cover fixed here. Such a great job at a great price! I definitely will be back. All the guys there were very polite and friendly. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work
