I found this place online and decided to try them out after my engine light came on. An easy online appointment got me the same day at 8:30 a.m. When I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly face. Both communication and promptness were professional and exceptional. When I explained the issue, they were kind and honest. I definitely recommend this place if you run into car trouble. They have gained a client!

Went here on a whim to get some answer about an 0299 error code that was on my F150. The staff at front desk were very nice and welcoming. But, when the diagnosis came back that I needed to spend over 10k to replace both of my turbocharger I was a little flustered and confused. Went to get a second opinion and it was found that it was a lose hose. Their techs completely missed it and I guess just rushed through the inspection. Im not quite sure what to think. Just remember if you think something doesn't feel right just go get a second opinion. It could cost or save you thousands of dollars. My bill was $500;l for both opinions and it saved me $10,000!!!!

Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotate/balance—quick, easy, and professional. The service advisor (Rudy? Ruben? Started with an R…pretty sure it was Ruben. I’m sorry, man) was extremely helpful, kept things moving, and didn’t try to sell me a ton of “parts” I can’t even pronounce. Great service, zero hassle. I’ll definitely be back… and I’ll learn his name by then.

Great front desk staff and service. Five star to the lady who assisted me. The mechanic team and another lady (wearing black dress who looked like she maybe an owner) I feel, can be trained to have good customer service and interactions. I didn’t feel welcomed from them. In terms of inspections of the car, it was fully detailed. Kudos to the mechanic team or whoever inspected it. Overall, it was as a good experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable, nice, honest, and respectful. I'm so grateful they were able to get me back on the road on the same day. Also the waiting area is very nice and full of amenities. This place goes above and beyond. I feel very well taken care of.
