Even watching others walking in, the clear, compassionate service while still getting the job completed in an efficient time frame is worth my 5 stars and review. Normally, I don't write reviews. In fact, I don't ever. But, on this occasion I am making an exception. I took my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder to Honest-1. I was very impressed with their diagnostic technician and the time he spent working to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle's engine. It literally took him hours during the course of about 10 days. It was tricky, unusual, and frustrating ... but he found it (well, more precisely ... "them")!! I got my SUV, family is happy, and for the first time in memory I'm writing a review. Last words: YES!!! I recommend Honest-1!

This brake shop is truly honest. I went there twice to get a quote for brake replacement because I thought it was time to change them, and after a thorough inspection, they sent me home because it wasn't necessary. I WENT TWICE!

Had an appointment for 8 am. They didn’t show up until 8:45. Asked for a discount which they gave me but they refused to use the “points” I had earned from previous work done. Said they wouldn’t combine. The discount was for them being late and shouldn’t have anything to do with using the apparently useless point system. Will be looking for a new mechanic.
