Worst place I've ever been to in my life. Went in for A/C. All they did was replace the pump for $1,000! When I left my cold air was working again but lukewarm on the driver's side. When I called, they said it had to have already been like that which it was NOT. They wanted another $800 just to diagnose something they caused. Absolutely trash business. The owner smokes cigarettes at the front desk and sounds obnoxious. They should be called Dishonest Auto! 🤬

I just got my Chevy truck back from Honest Auto, and I couldn’t be happier! My truck needed a transmission and Jim gave me a few different estimate which was very helpful. And so glad I choose to had Honest autos team put it in. They truly live up to their name—honest, professional, and reliable. Let me start by saying I wish I could give honest auto even more than 5 stars! Jim is absolutely, hands down, one of the best mechanics in Mohave county! I moved to Kingman from Southern California about 3-4 years ago. I was a young 23 year old single man at the time and I did not have a lot of money. Shortly after moving here, I started experiencing issues with not just one of my vehicles, but two of them. I brought my vehicles to Jim and explained the situation, explained that I was working with a pretty tight budget. He gave me a quote that was already extremely reasonable. He got the cars done and they were ready for me the next morning. When I went to pick them up, what I paid actually turned out to be less than I was quoted! Jim explained everything they had done to both my vehicle

This business doesn’t work on electrical trouble with hybrid vehicles. A Hector Automotive DOES repair electrical problems—Hector repaired our 2007 Prius quickly inefficiently. He was honest and informative.

Thanks to Jim and his crew they delivered excellent results took the time to diagnose the issue and got me back on the road. & charged me about 100$ less than the original quote. Great job guys R Lyman
