Victor and David were fantastic to deal with. Professional, efficient and fast. Very easy to communicate with. Since I’m new to VA they also took the time to explain the state inspection process and explained all things that are inspected on the vehicle. Would definitely recommend going to this shop. Trustworthy business. It’s called “Honest” Tom’s for a reason.

Victor really helped me out at my last visit. My older vehicle needed a specific part that was not commonly available and could potentially be very expensive to source. Victor and the team at Honest Tom’s went out of their way by providing different options, communicating with manufacturers, and keeping me in the loop through the entire process. They were able to do the difficult job or finding parts, repairing, and reinspecting my car quickly and effectively. I would strongly recommend checking Honest Tom’s out for your car’s needs.

I always like going to this shop. They are responsive and knowledgeable. Had a power lift gate problem on my jeep Friday afternoon at 3. Leaving for roadtrip next day. Jeremy had me come in and was able to to do a temporary fix until a part could be ordered after my trip. Exceptional customer service!

The team here completely saved my day by offering a pick-up and drop-off service. Being able to get both cars serviced without having to coordinate rides or sit in a waiting room was a massive time-saver and a total game-changer for my schedule. Took my Subaru in to have brake problems repaired and asked them to go over the vehicle to make sure it is road worthy. They were upfront with the things that needed repair and worked very hard to fix the vehicle right. They did not pressure me into getting more things done and worked hard to keep the costs down. Honest Tom’s does honest work. I recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs at very reasonable prices. I’ve finally found my repair shop. Thanks to Victor for taking good care of me.
