Always a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. For major repairs they have loaner cars, a very nice touch for an independent service facility. I've always liked the independents, because they only get customers because of their reputation. Dealers get customers who they sell cars to. Dealers make their profit from service, not sales. Independents do too, but usually at better rates. HT excells at that, and charges no more than dealers for parts. Way less for labor.

I drive from where I live now which is an half hour away just to get my car serviced. The place is clean the people are professional and the service is top notch. I have always received quality work at a fair price and combined with all the other qualities of this location I will always continue bring my car here for service regardless of how far I move away some things are just worth the trip. This place is one of those places that if you get your car serviced here you know what I am talking about and if you don't then what are you waiting for. They will take good care of your car and treat you right and that's worth your time.

I went to Honest Toms for an oil change i waited 10 minutes by the sign that said please wait here for attendant. While waiting i saw a lot of people talking to each other eatting and not really doing their job. I was never approached for assistance. I then asked google for jiffy lube and knowing how good their customer service is i went there and i didnt care about the money. I got a full synthetic oil change and my tires rotated. While Sean assisted me right away once i got there and took care of me. I felt like a valued customer. I will never go back to Honest Toms Express Lube. Terrible customer service

I have a business that relies on a fleet of trucks to service our customers. One of my trucks had a serious problem with tires, discovered on a Friday Afternoon. I called HT, who ordered the tires and installed them the next day on Saturday. This allowed me to never take the truck off line for repairs. Fast complete service is what I love most about these guys. We have been customers for over a decade, and will continue to be customers as they make our business better with their service platform allowing me to keep valuable fleet trucks on the road rather than in the repair shop.

I had a dmv appointment and needed my emissions done . Vick was super friendly and really helped me make my appointment on time before DMV closed. I came back after I was done and now getting a oil change. This is my new spot for my car. Appreciate the hospitality.
