HoneyBee Car Wash

Automatic car wash is usually out of order. The bays seem like they do not get cleaned often and the trash cans are full. It's still better than Nashville's Rebel car wash.

Never had an issue with the automatic car wash, but today i needed to clean my seats and floors. First dock took my money and didn't dispense any vacuum. Skipped the middle, got to the third and while it gave vacuum, the foam dispenser was missing. Vacuumed, hopped over to Dollar General for some cleaner, finished the job. Spent a lot more than I should have, but at least I wasn't the lady who dropped $10 before she realized something was wrong. 2 stars only because I got something done.

On Monday, Oct 17th I went to car wash to vacuum my car inside. Used credit card to use vac which was posted as $2. The end came off the hose & wouldn’t stay on. Used as best I could. I was shocked to see $10 on my credit ecard! It is still “pending” so I’m hoping it changes to $2dposted. If it doesn’t, I’ll dispute the charge with credit card company. I found a number to call on car wash web site & tried calling. Number is to a private number that has NOTHING to die with car wash. Wrong number!

Visited the car wash today. The change machine shorted me 75 cents and dispensed a nickel. The wash racks are not kept cleaned out. The timers are not working properly as time runs out and machines stop running with time left in counter. There is no evidence that the coin machine is serviced daily or weekly as it dispensed in 4.25 for a five dollar bill as though it was out of quarters. There is trash scattered everywhere today I clouding the bays. One bay is coned off and has been for some time. I've never experienced this place to be like this although I haven't been there in the past six months today was Terrible. Hire someone to keep the place up.

I attempted to use their automatic car wash, I did the 6 dollar one and after the machine sprayed my car with the cleaner it shut off and did nothing else. I then proceeded to try it again and came back around and paid another 6 dollars this time it did one pass on the side of the car then quit. I then spend another 2 dollars to rinse the car myself so I wouldn't have soap residue on my car.I hate there isnt a number on google for the owner as I'd like my money back.
