I cannot express enough gratitude and thanks to the owners and staff for going above and beyond. Friday afternoon, 30 min before closing, and during a holiday weekend, my alternator failed. I was 12 hours away from home. The staff came in on Sat to fix my car and the owners suggested a great hotel, drove me there, and picked me up the next day. They could have waited until normal business hours on Monday, but they took care of me, as a person, and I am humbly grateful. Thank you.

I'm not sure how they have a 4.5. Worse service I have experience. They are wasting payroll with the lady sitting and playing games on her phone. Went to O'Reilly, and I bought the parts in and out in the time I stood around waiting for the heavy girl to finish her game at NAPA.

Mike went above and beyond with ground me get back on the road after my vehicle's air hose after cooler busted. The store was near closing hours, but that did not stop him from getting the other customers checked out and out the door. Soon After, he was at my truck with me assisting me.

Great guys helped me out with my battery dilemma etc.. very patient :-)

My wife pulled up with her car , her brakes had went out, she stood at the counter for 10 minutes and they would not even acknowledge her. There wasn’t anyone else’s in the store the two guys at the counter were on their phones she finally just walked out and left the brake fluid on the counter
