Hook'em Up Tire Shop

Nice crew, needed a couple of tires for a vehicle I am selling soon. Went to a tire shop up the road and they didn't have the size and recommended to check at this one. I feel the price was reasonable and the tires look great! In and out in about 20 minutes on a Saturday afternoon.

Rude, unapologetic manager. This tire shop damaged the tire stud and bolt of my tire and didn’t want to take responsibility. I showed them the Zelle receipt, but the manager wanted a detailed receipt which wasn’t provided. Manager was extremely rude and walked away bad mouthing me. These people need to be learn to treat their customers when things don’t go right.

This is a very welcoming tire shop. Professional quick service Norma was very kind and helpful and so was Jose and Jesus did an excellent job with the tire. Also, I want to mention they have plenty of parking. It’s a safe area and they also detail cars, they’ll service your vehicle and the tires quickly, I highly recommend them

Hook'em Up offers a great service and an awesome price! There staff is super cool and does not try to "upsell" like the big shops.

I came in to have a nail removed and repaired. And I asked that all four of my tires be filled. I wasn’t expecting a higher charge $15 for a plug $20 for a patch. (I paid $15 for the plug) but the people here tired saying I didn’t have a nail because I had $10 in cash and they wanted the whole amount I had to pay $5 in Cashapp payment. It’s just bad business to tell a customer they don’t have the problem they see with their own eyes. Are these ppl stealing money or just being lazy… seriously. This wasn’t a good experience for me. And I’m not happy with the games. I went outside and physically showed them I had a nail in my tire. I won’t be coming back with customer experience like this given. SMH
