Installed a Dobinson dual tube suspension on my 3rd gen Tacoma. After adding a custom steel bumper and winch, the weight became too much for my Roughcountry lift kit. The rubbing became quite annoying, But I am very pleased with the looks and the performance of the Dobison suspension. Quality work and Jeff at the front desk made me feel like we were old friends. I highly recommend Hoovers whether you have a performance car or off-road truck or SUV. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I went to Hoover today. I saw an ad on Nextdoor and it mentioned specializing in Toyota’s and cars with aftermarket parts. I have a 2018 Toyota Camry with multiple aftermarket parts and my car is lowered. I had already made 4 trips to the Toyota dealership and still my turn signals were not working. Many shops turn my car away. Hoover Automotive was different. He explained over the phone his knowledge on the aftermarket parts and no issue getting my car on the lift if needed. In 1 hour they had a diagnosis and resolution. They even came to me several times just to give me an update on their progress. It was a group project. I called Hoover Automotive & Performance to get a quote for a transmission service on my wife’s RAV4. Thomas answered the phone and was super easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly, got me pricing quickly, and even offered to fit us in the same day. The price was fair, the communication was great, and the whole process was smooth. He also applied a promotion and a club discount, which I really appreciated. Overall, I was very happy with the service and will definitely be using them again.

I have been working with Hoover performance for 2 years now from regular maintenance to 800hp dream build over a few of my cars and other toys. He is a very honest person who sits down with me and helps direct my goals into realistic options. I know when I walk out of his office we came up with the best realistic options for the car. I have a 2014 fiesta st and took it in to do the regular maintenance, timing belt serpentine belt and spark plugs. All the work was completed even when I did notice some things that happend during the work, I explained the situation and Thomas the manager listened to what I had to say. He took care of everything I asked going above and beyond. I appreciated the honesty, communication and the care with the specific needs of my vehicle.
