I had an emergency situation happen and in the middle of all of it I slammed my door hard enough where it would not open anymore. I pulled in HOPS parking lot, hoping I didn't just ruin my day even further. I walked in and they were so kind to me! They took time out of their busy day to listen and help! Luckily my door was an easy fix! I can not begin to express my gratitude!! Thank you HOPS. Your staff is amazing and deserve a raise!!!

They made promises for my car to be done before the start of November and couldn't follow through. At least I assume that's the case, they haven't picked up the phone for a whole week and I keep leaving messages. The car only needs 3-4 hours of work, has already been quoted, and they stated multiple times that having it done before November was "no problem" and "guaranteed". I have cash in hand and there is no holdup from insurance that would cause ghia because it's coming out of MY pocket.

We had our Like new Ford Raptor rear ended, and I was heart broken "My baby" was messed up. Hop's did a great job, and provided an on line photo up date service through out the whole repair. When finished, it looked GREAT! Service was great, and turn around time more then reasonable. It was nice to get my "like new Raptor back. I plan on having them do some more project for me in the future.

Hops is the worst to deal with, they do not want to take care of you as a customer and want to make everything difficult with the insurance company. Took my vehicle to another repair shop in town at the recommendation of a friend and my vehicle was fixed fast and without any problems or additional steps on my end. I always heard they were great but unfortunately I will never go back or recommend

We had a part that had a issue and the company that the part came from wouldn't warranty it so Hops took it into there own hands and fixed without no problem on my end. Great people to work with and to get your car repaired. Thanks for the Hop's team's professionalism.
