based on the 4-5 reviews these people are lucky that they did not have any issue,if they did they will see the truth about this advertised family owned business. 12/23/2025 I responded to the flyer based on the reviews.my Honda crv 2013 is shuddering when idle.after horacio drove the car he said I need an engine and trans mount.he was charming,proudly talking about his family owned business,his wife preference for BMW.,etc. I told him dealers recommendations, he assured me that his shop does not replace stuff unless it is needed and broken. he made me trust him. $1878.00 for the engine and trans mount , I am 70 year old lady and trusted this charming mechanic. 12/24/2025 I called to cancel,he refused to refund the full amount,he was rude and did not care. He never mentioned restocking

stopped by to get my check engine light checked out and got an oil change at the same time since it was due. As a woman, I find it hard to find mechanics that won’t overcharge me or twist the truth about my car but I can 100% feel safe and confident in the work done here. 10/10 would recommend!

So I brought my Cadillac SRX to this great mechanic, and my good friend who works at the Valvoline instant oil change recommended me to him. I was truly impressed of how professional and friendly their service was and how it’s truly family owned. They are the best of the best, they fixed my car within two hours. My car was so bad it was leaking coolant to the point that my car was over heating, they managed to repair all the problems and then some that came with it. The owner Horacio is truly a GEM! He’s genuinely a good hearted person, and he knows what he’s doing. I have nothing bad to say about him or his professionalism, if you want a real mechanic that won’t screw you over or ruin your vehicle even more, go to him. Great service and truly a family-owned business! Took my truck in before our road trip, and he serviced only what was truly needed: the brakes, radiator flush, brake fluid flush, and air filter. The owner himself did the work and didn’t try to sell anything unnecessary. I’m new to the area, so finding an honest, trustworthy mechanic is a blessing. I would definitely recommend Horacio Auto Service.
