Really bummed because I could always count on the old owners and staff. That being said Andrea is a delight to work with. This new ownership has an uphill battle though. What they don’t know is I had my car checked by another mechanic who first told me that my auxiliary fan is working but my radiator fan is not. He advised me to have another mechanic run diagnostic to find out what is wrong with my main radiator fan. I saw with my own eyes only one fan working under the hood. I took my car to horizon because the old ownership always did excellent work. A woman by the name of Jack calls me to tell me that he fixed one my fans but the second fan is not working. He goes on to tell me that he needs to do more diagnostic and it will cost more money Christ. This woman just lied to my face. S

I had taken my 2008 Honda Accord to the local Honda dealership and they wanted a lot of money to fix the car, more money than the car was worth. It has over 150,000 miles on it. I had Jack inspect the car and he quoted me about half that price, so I had him do the work. The car has been driving excellent ever since. I highly recommend his services. He saved me from having to buy another car. The entire staff was also very professional.

I’ve been coming here for over a decade. Prices are reasonable and they always make sure to talk to you about any issues they found, walk you through your options, prices and if you agree they take care of it. They even got a nice lobby for you to wait too. They keep my 2013 Civic with 90k miles running like a champ and take care of my 2020 CRV too. I no longer live in the area but I gladly drive 20 miles to see Jack and his team at Horizon.

Love family businesses, especially local businesses. Thankful for another experience with a heart felt interaction. I purchased a small utility truck here which they rebuilt, In which with I am very satisfied with that runs great and has exceptional gas mileage. I was so satisfied that I purchased a second vehicle that was also repaired or restored and is also a excellent purchase I have met the whole family and love how they work together amazing people God bless.

I've been taking my 2014 Honda Civic here since early 2020. Their services have been crucial for the maintenance of my vehicle, especially when it comes to tire and engine problems. Waiting time is just right too. I do recommend coming to this place at the opening time.
