Horner's RV/Auto/Truck Service and Sales

I just wanted to share how impressed I have been with Horner’s RV repair work! From my first phone call and throughout the repair work they have done a wonderful job of communicating every detail and expense. I am very grateful for their high integrity and trying to do what is best for the customer. They have been very prompt in getting my RV in and the repairs done as quickly as possible. The BEST service! BEST mechanics! Cleaner than my house! Plus a Food Truck! A little off-the-beaten-track for residents of Cape Coral & Punta Gorda. That’s a GOOD THING for those traveling between those places, using Rt 41 N or S to turn onto Tuckers Grade to I-75 N or S. Shout out to Ken, who fixed my tire losing air. I had no appointment, but Ken helped me FAST and was happy to do so! Made it to PG on time, Ken ♥️

Such a smooth experience from scheduling to pick-up at Horner's. There aren't many non-mobile RV techs in the area anymore and I kept running into a brick wall with dealers not having availability, phone numbers leading to voicemails without ever getting a call back, or shops that said they could inspect our rig, but would need to refer us elsewhere if work actually needed to be done. I called Horner's and had parts ordered and an appointment scheduled within 20 minutes. We've been trying to stay on top of the recommended service according to our E-350's manual, so we scheduled to get new tires, an alignment, brake fluid service, and inspection. Daniel is a top notch service advisor and was transparent after inspection and let us know we didn't actually need a brake service at this time. W

Start your RV repair with Horner's knowing you are dealing with honest folks. Then, reasonable recommendations for repairing the issues you came in with. Followed by an estimate, then your approval of all or some of the repair items. They package the replacement items and offer them to you. (We had a cabinet with a CD/Radio removed for added space. I told them to trash the unit and CD/radio. When we picked up the camper they had found a cd still in the device and removed it and returned it to us.) Having owned and operated my own RV repair company I sense that their labor charge is at or lower than any quality shop on the East Coast. Safe travels!

So here’s the deal: I recently purchased a (used) Jeep Gladiator and after a few months it started leaving oil spots on the driveway. (No jokes about “that’s how you know a Jeep has oil in it!” please.) I took it to the local dealer and I was absolutely shocked / gobsmacked / flabbergasted at their estimate. Plus, their diagnosis was wrong. I’d had Horner’s do some work for me in the past, so I took the Jeep there and asked if they’d do a diagnosis and work up an estimate. Their estimate came in at less than half of the dealer’s price, and included more “as long as we’re in there” work and routine maintenance as well. I laid down a deposit and made an appointment.
