Hose It Car Wash

2nd visit in a month. 1st visit great. Today the 2nd stall south of the automatic wash had zero pressure on the degreaser and spot free rinse, although everything else worked great. I recorded a video to show the issue. The owner responded, investigated & solved a control panel button issue, along with providing a $5 credit code for my next wash.

They have it pretty rigged up so that the bays steal your quarters. happened to me multiple times that i've been here. it states $3 for the self wash bays which gives you only 4 minutes. obviously 4 minutes is not enough time to pre rinse, soap and power wash the soap off. so you have to do it twice. the machine also steals about a $1.00 to a $1.50 in quarters each time though. so actually it's about $9 to wash your vehicle. other than the scam of stealing your money it's pretty decent to wash here when it's not crowded.

Outstanding Customer Service! I’ve been coming to this car wash for a while, and I really have to recognize one of their employees, Ulises (I hope I spelled that right). About a month ago, I was using the self-serve bay and had an issue with the coin receptor not working properly. I mentioned it to him, and he immediately took care of the problem and even gave me extra time on my wash — which really stood out to me. Then, several weeks later (today), I went through the drive-through car wash, and as I was drying off my car afterward, he actually came up and recognized me. That kind of memory and personal attention is rare these days! He thanked me for coming back, gave me a coupon for a discount on my next wash, and told me to let him know personally if I ever noticed anything not workin

Love this little car wash. In and out quick, it does have it's popular moments so i stop when it's not busy.

Couldn’t get my card to read in the machine. Switched to another bay and same problem. Gentleman came tried to help me. Tried another card with no luck. He gave me about 10 minutes on him for my troubles. Greatly appreciate.
