This was one of the worst truck wash experiences I’ve had anywhere in the U.S. I’m attaching a few photos so you can see what I’m talking about. Four workers, paid for a full-service wash — truck and trailer. The entire wash took 11 minutes. After 11 minutes, they told me I was good to go. Inside the bay it was very dark, so you can’t really see the results. When I pulled outside, I was shocked by how bad the wash actually was. Unfortunately, I couldn’t go back because another truck was already pulled into the bay, and waiting again made no sense. That was my experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. I was there 12.30

⭐ 1/5 – Disappointing Service for the Price I paid $212 for a truck wash at this location in Allentown, PA, but unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations. My truck was left dirty, and it didn’t seem like much cleaning was done at all. For the amount charged, I expected a thorough and high-quality wash, but that wasn’t the case. Hopefully, the business can improve its standards to match the pricing in the future.

This place is top notch.. They do a really great job on our trucks..Quick , fast , and efficient...Its a little tight but manageable. You always feel like your appreciated with Hot wash. We need more of them around the country.. Ms Nicole was the best she was so polite and nice as soon as I walked up.. remember people read your signs. Follow the rules and stay safe out there. But really thank you Hot wash, Ms Nicole, and the rest of the crew.. You made this truckers day... thank You

Great place!! Great truck wash!! Overall they do a great job! Especially when it comes to Conestoga’s

Don't waste your time and money with these people's horrible truck wash. I paid $186 for a complete wash. Including a $10 tip and the trailer wash out was terrible they only used water. Told them to use acid, and they told me that they don't have power on the building all of sudden. At the end of the day, they charge you as if they were using premium products to give you a good truck wash experience, but they only used water and not even acid or soap.
