My mechanic recommended Houston Crowder's and I couldn't be happier with their service. I've needed to have my vehicles (yep, plural....:::sigh:::) towed to my mechanic several times in the past few months. The need for towing is unfortunate, however having a reliable tow company is not, and it alleviates part of the stress when dealing with a problematic vehicle. They are incredibly fast, friendly and took expert care of my vehicles, as they headed for a time out in the shop. I was pleasantly surprised by their price as well. They helped spread some light in the depths of car drama. They will continue to be my go to for all roadside assistance needs.

Mike is unprofessional and rude with a short temper. After I was given a ride after asking nicely, Mike was rude with me all way to my address. After towing my car he damaged the front rear because of his neglectance on my car and then mocked me afterwards taking photos. I addressed the issue of his rude demeaner to Caitlyn and she did not address it to the manager Michael. I have never witnessed so much inhumane treatment in my life until I encountered Mike because of his ugly behavior towards me. My car may be totaled my life is better than yours, especially with that rude attitude.

I needed towed from an accident. They had my leave my keys in my vehicle and I was able to leave the scene and go home. Not long after I arrived home was my car there as well. It was a very easy process and payment and I was good to go! Highly recommend.
