They started swell. With great communication and friendly service. After that, 2 weeks went by without a call. When I reached out to them, they could not find my file. When she finally remembered. She said her driver has not gone over since, she thinks. She would call him and let me know. The next Day I called her back because I was not reached like I was told. She told me the driver did pass by and will not be able to do anything about it since the wheels are chained and the vehicle is blocked. So I asked if I should look elsewhere. She said I should. So I say the same to you all. Look Elsewhere. P.S After the response given. I recommend Onsite Towing. They are awesome. They had no issue towing this vehicle. Plus they had awesome communication and the vehicle was well taken care of.
