I bought my car to these people 2 weeks ago to get repaired through my insurance. Not one time did they tell me I had to pay 1000$ to get my car back plus 10%. I paid the 1000$ to get my car back before it was even finished being repaired. I was asked to bring the loaner vehicle back on full as I received it and washed. I arrived to pick my vehicle up on 9/10/2025. The manager whose a Hispanic lady did not greet me or anything else the first thing she said was “you didn’t wash the vehicle” when in fact I had washed the vehicle and vacuumed it out before I returned it. She then proceeded to tell Ophelia who was great and should be the manager instead of that winch to check to see if I went through ez tag which I hadn’t. The people working at Lyall bros collision were extremely kind and helpful. I was offered a good price for the damage. They also provided me with a loaner car that made commuting to work as simple as using my ow car. The process of fixing my car didn’t take too long and I had enough time to make the money.
