This place might as well be called coward automotive, not Howard automotive. They're about as friendly as a splinter in your hand. You can ask them anything and they are less than willing to help you go anywhere else but this place.

Great experience, had my vehicle in for some work. Repairs done and service was thorough. Will certainly be back to have other repairs done if they come up.

Vehicle service is top tier which I'd rate 5 stars alone but every time I've called in I never feel welcomed and feel that im rushed off the phone while being cut short of getting answers to my questions. Makes you not want to continue doing business with having to deal with that.

I've been to Howard Automotive several times now. Each visit showed me that not only Barry, the co owner and chief mechanic, knows what he is doing, but his partner Jennifer is very knowledgeable too. She speaks in a clear and concise manner and is forthright in her recommendations. She has saved me more than $2k over the past few years, compared to what the dealership would have charged me. This speaks to the trust and honesty this family owned business offers. Barry has been able to repair tire issues r/t the rim and do other work that Chapel Hill Tire couldn't do. Most recently, a mouse chewed through parts near the fuel pump and tank. Hendrick Toyota of Apex charged us $153 just for the assessment of rodent damage and quoted us a $1550 cost plus tax to repair the damage. Howard Auto ch
