Howard Motor Corporation

Going to get my Ford looked at tommorow. I see very high reviews for this business as trustworthy and reasonable. Friendly and quick service so far. Going to drop off and cross my fingers. Rated a 4.9 all reviews look great. Will give an honest and hopefully awesome update after service. Stay tuned. (2/22026) W&M student. Sure enough. They were great, informed me that my engine light was nothing more than a tire preasure indicator and didnt charge me a dime for thier trouble. It was ready for pick up in about 2 hours. W 10 10 would recomend. Great folks.

The best auto shop in Williamsburg! Very honest, and prices are fair. This is the kind of repair shop I remember as a kid. Its not flashy, so they dont mark up prices to have you pay for a fancy building or pretty decor. Simple, honest, and the guys are always friendly.

I highly recommend these guys. They took the time to make sure that my vehicle performed as best as possible. I had oversized all-terrain tires installed on my 4Runner. I've taken these specific tires in for balancing at 4 other shops before Howard Motor reinstalled them. To my surprise, they balanced them very well and these tires have never driven so smoothly. I also had an alignment done and the car pulled to the left. I brought it back in and they took the time to confirm my complaint, address the problem, realign, and test drive. Long story short, my experience was great and I trust them. Prices for the tire mount and balance and alignment were extremely reasonable.

I have long taken my car to the dealership for service, but became dissatisfied over the last few years, so I looked for something local. Friends recommended Howard. I was able to make an appointment for my state car inspection. I arrived on time and parking was tight. I got the last possible place in the lot, and I thought, "oh wow, I'm going to be waiting all day!" But from check-in to drive away was less than an hour! They didn't even try to soak me for new wipers (the dealer always did) . Just charged the state fee and off I went. I'll be back for sure, next time my car needs service.

The most honest mechanics in Williamsburg! I almost want to keep them a secret, but I also want them to stay in business. A different mechanic on the same road was dishonest about my cars alignment issues, but Howard’s got it fixed and even took the time to explain to me what was going on with the car. The only downside is that they have a landline so getting a hold of them can be hard if the line is busy.
