This company is great, they have good customer service and they come in a timely manner. I would most definitely recommend calling if your in need of a fast towing and they are great with customers.

Predatory towing company. Forces reputable companies and individuals to pay in cash. Uses the excuse of previous clients disputing charges which have nothing to do with anyone else. Might be violating NY state laws pertaining to payment options since they do accept credit cards for most other services provided. IRS needs to audit this place heavily and they will now. Owner and wife are truly unprofessional and classless.

first they charge $700 for just 6 miles and then they don’t take any card , even debit card . just asking everything cash . looks like they stealing taxes

Honestly lost for words at the quality of work Hadrick and his team put on my car , from start to finish he walked me through the entire process and was available anytime via phone if I had any questions( which is rare nowadays) Please consider HR if u need anything done.

My car couldn’t start. I called AAA at 6:06pm. At 8:16 I received the call from the towing company asked me to stay by the car. I was waiting in the freezing cold weather. I called AAA,they told me my job was finished. After 4 hours waiting, I finally decided to abandon my car and go home. This morning I called towing company and found my car was not towed yet!
