I must say, I have officially found my go to repair and maintenance shop. My entire experience was impressive. Why, you may ask? The entire team works well with one another. The mechanic ensures he communicates effectively with the service coordinator in which allowed her to provide very detailed information as to what to expect. The coordinator provided prompt quotes, options, and planning for continued service to ensure not only safety, but financial planning for unexpected repairs. I usually only trust my brother with my vehicle as I have had many bad experiences in the past, however, this shop has restored my faith in mechanics….maybe even humanity 😋.
