There are guys who work on cars, and there are mechanics that are masters of their skill. That is Bob. Honest, efficient, and very fair. Bob explains what the issue is, how he will approach, and what to expect during the repair. Our Kia Sportage needed a new engine. Bob ordered the re-manufactured long block, installed with whatever other parts were required and basically, we have a new car. Runs fantastic. He is our only mechanic.

I took my GMC Yukon to Willow Creek Automotive, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the moment I met the team, everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. They really know their stuff, explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need (which I really appreciate!). The service itself was top-notch. My Yukon runs smoother than it has in a long time, and they got everything done faster than I expected. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially for the quality of work they do. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but these guys definitely earned my business! Bob and Zack are awesome! They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They went beyond and found smaller issues that no one else would've found. I'm definitely going to use them as my "Go to" for my future car issues.
