Hub City Tire Company

I hit a construction pothole and immediately had a blow out on two tires. Long story short, Matt made sure to get me taken care of in about ten minutes. He has won my business! Thanks for the great service! ☺️😁 Ohhh!!! I forgot to add the other best part... The price! I did a comparison before the wrecker arrived and Hub City was 50 % CHEAPER than a local nationally branded retailer!!!🙌🏼 Hub City did not solicit this review and I have no affirmation with them whatsoever. My 50 phone calls was my only interaction, my husband dealt with in person. 💖☺️

Great place to get your tires for autos and big commercial trucks too.

I went in for an alignment on my truck and it didn't line up but he did everything he could to solve the problem. Finally figured out the alignment equipment needed calibrating. He gave me my money back as I live 75 miles from there. I will definitely go back

This store don't honor advertised warranties. I purchased tires there in January and < 3k miles and 5 months later of the tires purchased there failed. My car sensor alerted me and I pulled over to notice I was on the brink of a blowout due to air getting in-between the belts. The tire tread still looked practically new. I called Hub City Tire I was told the best they could do is sell me another tire 🤷🏼‍♂️. The employee also said my tires are low profile so they only have a 30 day warranty. I wemt to their website and it doesn't say that. It gives you the mileage 30k, 40k, 45k etc... Shop here at your own risk. You'd likely be better going to Walmart or Discount tire where they actually honor their mileage warranties

They tried to charge me $20 for an oil disposal fee because they noticed I was paying with a work credit card. Very shady. They also lied to me about the wait time, I guess to try to scare me off. They told me 'we wouldn't be able to get to it for a couple of hours." I told them I was fine waiting, and it was done in 40 minutes.
