So this is my second purchase from Tim Presley. When I tell you that he has went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I had inquired about I really mean that seriously! I couldn’t be any happier about my choice and the service he has provided me!! I 100000% recommend him to ANYONE. He’s soo passionate at what he does. He isn’t like any other salesman out there. He’s soo phenomenal at what he does because he cares about the customers who walk through that door and he’s making someone day , week , month, year etc. he WANTS to keep you happy and get you what you want to be in. I recently purchased a rav 4 from this dealership. The whole experience from start to finish was a great one. The staff were friendly and helpful. Jacob was the salesman who took care of me. He did an amazing job to make sure I was got the vehicle I wanted and was happy. He was not pushy in the least bit. This was an awesome experience. I recently purchased a Honda HRV. My car broke down and I live in Columbus. I saw my dream car online. Jacob went above and beyond to help me get my car. I'm so grateful for the time he took to look over the car for me because I was not able to see it for myself living out of town. He kept in touch with me until I was able to make it down there. Once I got down there the great customer service kept going from Jacob to the people working with Jacob. Everyone was friendly and so nice. It was a great experience.
