Hummel's Automotive Diagnostic and Repair

Called Hummel’s Automotive today to get an oil change. They normally do oil changes by appointment only, but they were able to fit me in the same day, which I really appreciated. They took photos of everything they found on my vehicle and emailed them to me in an invoice so I could review everything on my own time. My vehicle is older, so I knew there were some issues, and they were thorough in identifying all of them. The staff was super friendly and very professional over the phone also. Overall, a great experience!!

I’ve come to Hummel’s multiple times for oil changes, but this is the first time with a major repair. They were so thorough & fair, & I appreciated so much Cody’s consistent communication throughout the process. They explained each issue clearly to ensure I understood everything before moving forward. Everything was written out line by line, so there was no “fine print” or surprises at the end. They even price matched for me so I knew I got the best possible price with the service & team I trusted the most.

These guys do a wonderful job and have wonderful customer service. I really like them and I’m really glad I found them. It’s good to have a go-to auto place and even though I’ve tried several in Saint George, Hummel’s has been the best by far. Definitely sticking with them.

Hummel's Automotive has been my go-to for service on my 2003 Tundra and our other vehicles since we moved to St George back in 2021. They've always done a really great job on every service and repair. Their prices are reasonable, and I really appreciate their customer service. Cody and Sebastian at the service desk always keep me informed as to what is needed and what may be needed in the future. Definitely no oversell or pressure. I highly recommend Hummel's for any service or repair.

Hummel’s has been so good to me! I feel like they are truly honest and do a good job. Also this last time I was in there my front bumper was falling off and without mentioning it or charging me anything for it, they fixed it!!! I was so amazed and grateful for the gift it was to me! I very much recommend them!
