Sales person is very knowledgeable and professional will go out of his way to help. Counter sales depends on whom you get, whether they can actually be of service. Dealership is well stocked and normally has what you need, if not usually the next day. They have however become very expensive on their parts. Example, radiator top gasket $140, online $30. If you need it now you may pay for the convenience. The shop is very good, I have had everything from an overhaul to replacement of drive axle housing and differentials. Never a problem!

I’ve had terrible experiences with this dealer’s service department not one, but several times. I have reached out to the “General manager” Chad Bond through email, and a phone call where I left a voicemail to no reply. The service manager Scott Hamm has reached out for the truck to maybe finally be corrected, but since he was the one who delivered the truck with the same issue, I need someone higher up to try and resolve my constant issues. The communication is terrible at this place. You have to double check all their work. My truck was supposedly to have a transmission leak fixed, and the fluid was supposed to be checked which, per paperwork it was added and fine. The transmission was a GALLON low.
