Peterbilt

Brought my truck in with the check engine light on. I was told there was no active fault code, so warranty work could not be performed, and that I would need to approve an additional 2 hours of paid diagnostic time. The truck was released to me with the check engine light still on. I took the truck to another Peterbilt dealership 100 miles away, where it was properly diagnosed and found to need an EGR valve replacement, which is covered under the emissions warranty. The incorrect information provided here caused unnecessary downtime and delays. Being told warranty work couldn’t be done simply because a code was “inactive,” despite the warning light being on, was misleading and costly for my operation. I would not return based on this experience.

Mark in parts!! Excellent representation of what defines a professional. I called in from out of state and Mark treated me like I was his only customer working relentlessly for days to get me a part shipped. This part was ordered locally in January and still had not been received.(severe backordered). Due to progressive damage I couldn’t wait any longer. It’s people like Mark who make the difference. I called and spoke with stores all over the country and no one stood out the way this gentleman did! Even Following up after the transaction to make sure everything went smooth!!

They said that in all PACCAR parts guarantees. It will take 60 days to find if you get your money back..., so shop at your own risk in here.., most dealers take 20 days max. To get your money back.

Excellent service. Walked in and was serviced within 15 minutes. Staff was courteous and friendly. I now know where to stop for service needs on the east coast!
