Huntington Express Car Wash

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this establishment. I hope the individual I interacted with was not the owner or manager, as the treatment I received was far from acceptable. I paid for a car wash, yet was told I needed to pay for a second wash because the first one did not clean the car adequately. Several of the sprayers were malfunctioning, and significant residue, including bird droppings, remained on the car. It seemed that only the left side of the car received a thorough cleaning, while the right side was neglected. I simply requested that the car be washed again to address the remaining dirt and residue on a brand new 2025 vehicle. I use to like this car wash I just went yesterday got there top notch wash and the results was bad. Tired shine terrible and dried up soap on the window. I was very disappointed Didn’t look like a wash at all. Also it said wheel cleaner where?

Came here yesterday for a car wash. Paid for the $27 one. When I got home, I found this mark on the side of my car. Not sure if it’s a scratch or not, but so far, it isn’t coming out. I would not recommend coming here, especially if you have a white car like I do. Very disappointing.

I have been going here since opening there business and today’s experience was horrible, they are the only car wash that have signs everywhere saying no snow and ice on cars?? The young man was so nasty he let another car go through with snow and ice, gets to my car and says no and basically told me “you can go through I don’t care what happens to your car” I am done membership canceled 😡 I can take my business elsewhere!!

I paid for the platinum wash ( most expensive) and when I arrived home and looked at the car, there was all of this white residue along the sides of the car. So what, I've got to wash the car after I get a car wash from here?
