I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at this GMC dealership. I brought my red GMC Sierra in for a transmission issue covered under warranty. My vehicle was left at the dealership for 59 days, and for 50 of those days it was not started or worked on. During that entire time, I continued paying my vehicle loan and insurance while my truck remained sitting unused in their custody. When I finally received a call that my vehicle was ready, I was informed without prior notice or authorization that they had replaced the battery and were charging me $200. Absolutely horrific experience yet again. A few months ago I ordered a hard cover for my 2025 Silverado and prepaid for install. We had an "appointment" for 11:30am on a Monday morning. We were told that it takes about an hour to install so naturally we "assumed" the truck would be done by the time we got out of work. Jokes on us. Monday morning appt and the truck was not ready until Tues afternoon. 2 days with no truck for a job that took an hour and we had an appointment?
