Hurricane Bay Carwash - Bolivar

Very disappointed with the results of my last 2 car washes. Two weeks ago I washed my new SUV for the first time using touchless automatic. After looking it over, I had to go to the hand washing bay and redo the sides they were still filthy. That was the $6.00 wash. Today I decided the $10.00 wash might be what I needed for better cleaning. It was just as dirty as before and I had to hand wash it when I got home. Another SUV pulled out of the bay next to mine and her car was still filthy too! This car wash is like getting clean windshields for $10.00. A total waste of my $16.00!

Paid for a premium wash. $15 waste. Touchless wash is not worth it for the cost.. Didn't get bird crap off my truck. No instructions after the first part, doesn't really guide you to center your vehicle in any way. My tires are all half treated and barely got the truck dry. Definitely not getting a membership and will be trying other car washes or resort to manually washing if it seems worth it. Likely going to get my hose, bucket, soaps and washing tools to do this at home moving forward.

I used to come here for the $40 membership for a car wash. It would never do that good of a job, trash was always full and vacuums were always clogged. I recently switched to Take 5 in Springfield for way more, way cleaner wash, and it’s only $27 a month!! They also have an interior cleaning center and towels! So far not so happy with hurricane bay, and it’s overpriced.

Just ok. My car never truly gets cleaned or rinsed well. Forget the dryers, seriously a joke. The vacuums aren't much better.

Been there 4 times. Automatic wash does not do a good job (my car left dirty 3 times), but the self wash bays and vacuums are good. Edit: Talked to owner on the phone. He made it right. I know now it's not always the carwash's fault. Going to try the soft touch and get my car cleaned on a weekly basis instead of waiting so long between washes.
