Hurricane Car Wash

I live close to this place but I go to car washes further away. I guarantee that half the time I do go here, something isn’t working. Just left there to go to another wash bc the card machine isn’t working. I don’t like to leave bad reviews unless warranted and it is definitely warranted considering this isn’t the first time just this year I’ve driven away in a still dirty car. It is nice when it works though.

Took my SUV through the auto wash. Paid for "The Works." It only washed half of my vehicle. Got the top, and front. But only washed half way on the sides and back. Never saw the clear coat wax. Didn't look like "The Works" to me. Not happy with the service I paid for.

Only one bay open and paid $15 for deluxe wash. The large roller that is supposed to wash the hood never dropped down and nothing touched the passenger side windows. Clear coat protectant just drizzles tiny stream that does nothing. Every time I have been there something doesn't work. Don't waste your time or money.

Terrible wash. Used the touchless bay 1. I went through the wash back in January. Wash did terrible! I contacted the owner Troy. Troy was pretty rude on the phone, Troy offered a free car wash and gave me a code. Great thanks! I roll up to use the code a few days later and the code does not work. Could not backup because there were cars behind me so I had to buy yet ANOTHER wash. Even the second wash (that was SUPPOSED To be free) did a bad job. Initiated a chargeback via credit card. Credit card company obviously sided with me. Would not recommend this wash and would recommend calling your bank if Troy is hostile on the phone.

Nice facility but the wash only sprayed water with no soap. Didn’t really clean the car very much. If you’re in a hurry and just need to have your car sprayed off it will do the trick. For 12 bucks I expected more.
