Hurricane Carwash Webb City

Had an issue with the automatic carwash and it didn’t work for us sent an email and they were extremely helpful and made sure we got refunded. Wonderful customer service

The management at Hurricane Car Wash — Webb City appears to have engaged in practices that may violate the MMPA (Mo. Rev. Stat. § 407.020). I will be disputing the credit-card charges and exploring legal action. Based on simple online searching, others may have similar claims — a class-action may be in the making.

The new $12 Supra is pretty much the same as the old $9 Deluxe, if not exactly the same. That's a 33% price hike. If you’re going to charge more, at least improve the service. Maybe start with a dryer that actually works? My car is always dripping wet, so I have to wipe it down manually. P.S. the other dryer was out of order.

Hurricane used to be good, but unfortunately, it went downhill. 1. Hand bays stink. I think it's the sewage system down below. Whatever the reason is, it's not a pleasant experience. 2. The lady who used to work here was amazing. The new woman? Nothing but rude. So much so it's not worth coming back. 👎

I used the dog wash. For my medium sized heeler/chow mix it took about $20 dollars which gave me 25 minutes to fully wash and dry my dog. I don't think the vacuum was working at the time, but overall a good experience.
