If I could give Husteads 10 stars I would. I was rear ended while sitting at a stop light. Fortunately the woman had insurance. Her insurance company sent me to a shop near where I live and the estimator there told me my car would be totaled. I almost cried. I love my car, it doesn't even have 40,000 miles on it. I checked around and ended up going to Husteads for a second opinion. Sam did the inspection and told me it was definitely repairable and that the insurance company would cover everything - and she was right. I dropped it off Monday and had it back on Friday. I received texts throughout the process letting me know what stage the repair process was in Cannot thank Sam and the people at Husteads enough for 'saving' my car.

I gave an update of that end results but that's what it looks like now here are the after photos I'm totally amazed by the job they did in a little time they had to do it very professional prompt and key on any kind of concerns that I had very comfortable situation

My visit to HUSTEAS was a total "PAINLESS EXPERIENCE" From the first greeting the crew showed how true PROFESSIONALS they are! I got phone calls and texts messages every step of the process and in doing so they took any worries away! Got my car spotless and a new favorite place to go!

Very disappointed with this experience. Before GEICO approved the repairs, the shop disassembled my car. Later, GEICO ended up not approving the claim, and when I went to pick up my car, I was told I had to pay over $900 just to have it reassembled. I feel completely taken advantage of. This was dishonest and unfair. Be very cautious — I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Had to take car back. Fish eyes, scratches in paint, bucking cause for hood getting out of alignment. Nice people but I don't have confidence in this locations ability to deliver state of the art FLAWLESS work. So, DO NOT COME HERE. NOT, THIS LOCATION. I had th car looked over by a 5 star rated body shop from Mercedes-Benz.
