Hutto's Transmission

I called ahead and was told the diagnostic would take 1–2 days. Five days later, my car still hadn’t even been looked at, and I was told it would “possibly” be seen today. I’m a college student in this town by myself and I rely on my car for everything. It’s extremely disappointing to be given an inaccurate and uninformed wait time. On top of that, the shop was closed Saturday and Sunday, so my car just sat there from Thursday with no updates and no phone call. The lack of communication and consideration is ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend relying on them if you need timely service.

I am overly satisfied with the service I received from Huttos. I had my transmission replaced from somewhere else and it gave me problems- I brought it to Huttos and they got everything solved and the price was easy on the wallet. It was worth getting the truck towed from Columbia down to their shop.

Amazing mechanic shop! We are driving through and had an emergency. They went above and beyond to try to help up. They are honest as can be. I wish them the best in their business. I wish we had more places like this where I live!

This is a great place to get almost any type of work done but, this review is about exhaust systems. There are not many if any place in Orangeburg you can take your vehicle and get good quality exhaust work with good welds for a reasonable price. Well, this is THE place to get your pipes done for your vehicle. I just recently got mine redone the RIGHT way finally after dealing with amateurs who cant do what they claim they can. One of the biggest problems with society is people putting business before MORALITY. February of 2024 i took my 2011 ford F150 to hutto for issues i was having with my transmission. I only chose huttos because a coworker of mines said it's a family owned business and they are Christian people well as TRANSMISSION SPECIALIST. WELL days later after bringing my truck I get the call and we discuss getting it rebuilt for little over 5,000. They also discovered other issues which they said would be a good ideal to do while the transmission is being rebuilt. I agreed which brought the total to 5,667 bucks. OK weeks later i pick up my truck it seems to be fine. Fast forward to February of 2025 its appearing to me my transmission is have issues again less than a year later. I took it back to the
