Extremely disappointed. This tire shop sold my husband five tires, and every single one of them had two or more holes and were completely unusable. This should never happen, and it shows a serious lack of quality control and honesty. What made it worse was that the shop didn’t offer a refund, replacement, or any kind of resolution. Selling defective tires is unacceptable, and standing behind your product should be the bare minimum. We are now out time and money with nothing to show for it. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for safe, reliable tires.

Well the skinny young man that helped us was a1 could not fit in front of tire store told them I was coming in big semi loaded no problem pull up in front would not fit sent us next store empty lot charged us for rd service plus we had another truck with flat tire to be fixed at the same place I could not figure out why we was paying a rd service call we was rite at the building won't stop again

I had a slow leak in my tire. My tires are brand new and it was plugged. I informed them my tires are new and the lady said it should’ve been patched. The young guy who plugged the tire had to go to school so I went back the next day and service was complete. A week later same issue with the same tire. The tire was taken off, I sat in my car for 25 mis. I guess they had time to think about they were going to tell me. Now, the inside plastic piece from the rim started rubbing the inside of my tire. This was not an issue prior. I’m going to safely say when the tire was taken off, it got messed up due to the bar being used to take the tire off. No accountability was taken. I want to say the manager spouse or worker was very nasty and ask me what I going to sue. Update: At this point my tire

Great price, great customer service! We tried to take our 15 seater passenger van to Sam’s Club for tires and they were skeptical about installing tires on such a large vehicle. They said it could take 3 or 4 hours to install even with an appointment. St. Matthews Tire installed our new tires in about an hour while offering very competitive pricing.
