Amazing service! So knowledgeable, friendly, fast and professional. I felt so comfortable asking questions. This will be the only shop taking care of our cars! It was the day of their Christmas lunch, and they still squeezed me in to keep me safe on the road.

These guys are absolute lifesavers!! And such amazing people. A few days ago, I was driving in Hixson and my car started making this horrible noise (it’s always on the busiest of days). I’d heard great things about them in the past. When I walked into Mike’s office, I was upset and he dropped whatever task he was working on and automatically came out to my car to see what the problem was. No “well we’ve got a bit of a wait” or “we’ll get to it,” just incredible help and amazing service from the start. They ended up finding a replacement for a bolt that had come out and replaced it for free! As a girl who doesn’t know much any thing about cars, I’ve had negative experiences at other shops; people talking me in circles or charging way too much. Not here, this was the best experience I’ve had

Easy to make an appt online, short wait to get in and service was done quickly. Didn't feel pressured into extra services, but they made suggestions for future repairs. Very friendly service.

If you want an HONEST and RELIABLE mechanic shop, this is the place! As the daughter of a mechanic, my standards for an auto shop are high and I am pleased to say that Hyde’s met and even exceeded my expectations. We brought in a Subaru for an inspection before purchasing it and then brought it back for the repairs Hyde’s identified after purchase. After taking our vehicle home after the repairs were completed, we identified an intermittent knocking issue. I called Mike, expecting to need to pay for another diagnostic and a whole Lot more labor charges to chase down this issue. To my surprise, they performed HOURS and HOURS more diagnostics chasing down an issue and getting to the bottom of it and didn’t charge me a penny because “that’s now how we do business.” They were apologetic for h
